• At the Outset, all the dignitaries were welcomed to the Academic advisory Committee Meeting, with the presentation of flower bouquets by Dr. Madhumita Parida.Prof. (Dr) S.Swain delivered the formal address with introduction of the honorable members present.

• Prof.(Dr.) B.K. Mohapatra, presented the report describing the academic and administrative developmental projects and activities of the institute before the committee.
• The members participated in the discussion and expressed his views regarding the academic and other activities of the institute.
• The meeting was concluded with the formal vote of thanks by Mrs. R.Parija.
