Madhumita Parida is Chairman and guiding force in inculcating value of technical education in career building through her endeavor, hard work and ceaseless efforts as a scholar, researcher and a teacher at higher level of teaching. She was rank holder in Graduate and Post-Graduate level. She has put more than 5 years of teaching experience at different levels including teaching exposure in the discipline of Business Management. Her teaching experience and research background will help this organization in achieving its objective enumerated in its vision document.

Er. Antaryami Badu is a leading businessman with a sense of social commitment. His business empire ranges from dealing in real estate, construction activities to mining. Presently, he is the Chairman-Cum-Managing Director of a Private Limited Company, dealing with real estate sector, in most of the prime locations in the state of Orissa and three major states of India. He is constructing multi-storied structures, single & duplex houses for customers. His total annual turnover comes around to Rs.50Crores per annum. Besides, being a businessman, he has lots of social commitment and associated with various philanthropic, social & educational activities. He was also the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Aerosol Software Pvt. Ltd. He has been rewarded with many awards and recognitions in various fields in the State and National level. As he is a man of means, he has joined the Trust to fulfill his social commitment.

Mr. Muktikanta Badu is a young and juvenile person is presently working as the General Manager of CITICON Engineers Limited. Though business management is his profession, but social development is his passion. He is both directly and indirectly associated with a lot of educational institutions. He was one of the founding Trustees of Aryan Educational Trust. This project is his brainchild, which on realization would show wisdom of light and our social commitment to the nation in a different manner for the times to come.
