TRAINING & PLACEMENT
The Institute has a Training & Placement Department working under the supervision of the Director (T&P), Principal and the joint-Chairman.
Though our first batch will be graduating in 2013, Various Core companies have visited more our Institute for On-Campus recruitment process and have selected decent number of students from the respective streams. Few more companies will be visiting our campus for more hiring. Now that our 2013 batch students have experienced the campus recruitment ambience and are made industry ready, it's the right time to examine their skill set and validate their competency for employability.
Pre - Placement Trainings
1. The Institute conducts a lot of value added professional training and placement Programme of soft skills and Aptitute & Reasoning, ERP, CADD,etc. The specialized training agencies that mounted the programmes is-IBM Systems Centre of Excellence.
2. Soft skills and Aptitude & Reasoning training is been given to our 3rd and 4th year students by two best companies 1) The Leader, Vishakhapatnam. 2) Hero MIND mine, Gurgaon respectively.
3. CADD and ERP are also finalized with two market leading organization and the training will be scheduled soon after the completion of current training programmes.
4. The specialized training agency mounted the programmes is IBM mainframe.The training is being given by IBM Bangalore.
Now AIET is the-
IBM Systems Centre of Excellence.
5. All ready our students are being trained and more number of students are keen interested to join the next session of training.
Campus Activities
1. Motivational seminars on current Employability Trends.
2. Individual interaction with the students about their academic as well as personal growth
3. Motivating the students for inhouse PPT Trainings.
4. Organizing quiz and contests related to corporate activities such as logo and caption contest and many more.
Campus Recruitment Drives
1. AIET filled with joy and enthusiasm when first ON- campus drive was held on 11th April 2012 for our 3rd year students.
The company name is Tech-Synergy ,Coimbatore,India. The main branch is at USA and also a sub Branch in Philippines.
It mainly deals in voice transcription and solutions. Our 13 Candidates(from EEE and ECE) got selected in the final round which has added a new charm in the regular course flow.
2. On 12th April, 2012 an OFF-Campus Drive was held.
The Company name is Allsec Technologies Ltd,Chennai.This mainly deals in outsourcing and serving in many other cities in India as well as in abroad too. Many students from other colleges of Odisha participated in this OFF-campus drive and also got selected in the final round.
3. AIET organized a core campus drive (OFF) On 8th August 2012 (Branch-Mechanical and Electrical)
The company name is INDIA STEEL WORKS Ltd., Mumbai. It mainly deals in the production of Grades of Steel, Hot Rolled products, Bright bar and wires. India Steel works Ltd. has three plants in three steel divisions situated at Maharashtra. Students from different colleges participated on 8th August, 2012.(OFF-Campus Drive.) Good number of students were able to clear the final round and got selected.
4. AIET organized a campus drive (ON) on 1st Sept ,2012 (Branch-Mechanical, Electrical and ECE )
The company name is AAS Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad.
It focuses both on software as well as hardware in different services like Access Control Systems , Remote Controlling using Telephones, Parallel to Serial Converters, Hand Held Terminals, Auto-Sms-Software, Exam-Cell-Automation, Chitfund-Automation, Etc.
Good number of Students participated in the drive and six students have got seleted in the final round.
5. AIET organized a core campus drive (ON) on 3rd October,2012 .(Branch - Mechanical and Electrical)
The company name is Hyma Plates & Vessels (P) Ltd., Hyderabad.
It mainly deals in the designing and manufacturing of industrial equipments ,Titanium ,Ferrous, Non - Ferrous fabricators.
Total 11 students got placed in this company after clearing the final round

6. AIET Organized a core campus drive (ON) on 10th October ,2012.(Branch- EE & ECE)
The company name is KMA Power Pvt Ltd. Noida.
It mainly deals in electricity back up machines.
Total 16 students got placed in the company after clearing the final round.

7. AIET Organized a core campus drive (ON) on 16th October ,2012.(Branch- Mechanical)
The company name is Aryan Innovative Techno Engineering (I) Pvt.Ltd. , Nasik.
It mainly deals in material handling equipments.
Total 06 students got placed in this company.
8. AIET students participated on an Off-campus drive (ON) on 30th November, 2012.
(Branch- Mechanical)The company name was Airtech cooling process (I) Pvt.Ltd. Faridabad.
9. AIET students participated in a job fair held at gift campus, held on 9th of Dec 2012.
10. AIET organized an exclusive ON - CAMPUS drive on 15th Dec 2012(all branches).The companies name was GLOBAL STEP.
11. AIET organized an exclusive ON - CAMPUS drive on 23rd Feb 2013(Mech, Civil, and EE).The companies name was Power deal Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd.

12. AIET organized an OFF-Campus drive on 14th March 2013 where our students visited NMIET Bhubaneswar. The companies name was Lynado Technologies, Gurgoan.

13. AIET students went for an off campus drive to The Techno School 21st March & Friday, 22nd March 2013. The companies name was Hari Machine Tools.
14. AIET students went for an off campus drive to Spintronics Technology Advance Research (STAR) on 22nd April 2013. The companies name was Engineering and Energy Group.
