Rules & Regulation of Central Library (AIET)

1. Library opening time from 9.30 A.M to 10 P.M include Sunday and other holidays.
2. Library circulation transaction from 9.30 A.M to 7.30 P.M expect Sunday and holidays.
3. Users should not deface, mark, cut, mutilate or damage library resources in any way. if anyone is found doing so he/she will pay double cost of books.
4. Users can take maximum three books at a time from the library for fifteen days & if they will not return these books during this period, the one rupee fine will be imposed per day for one week & after that fine will be implemented Rs 5/-(five) rupees per day.
5. If the user has issued the book in a particular day, then he/she cannot return the book on the same day but he/she can return it after one week.
6. If the user has outstanding due then he/ she will be informed through notice board, e- mail and over telephonic.
7. User can check the books (check-in / check-out) through OPAC, Koha software in the library.
8. Any user has any complain regarding library they are advised to inform through library email: library@aryan.ac.in
9. Use of mobile phone, smoking, refreshment or food items of any kind inside the library is strictly prohibited.
10. The day scholar uses the library as per academic time table. Whereas the hostilities use library from 6:30 A.M to 7:30 P.M in addition to academic time table.
11. Library rules will be change from time to time.
