HOD Message

Welcome to the Department of MBA, Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a well-known fact, we cannot imagine the world without management concept and practices. The Department's focus is to train our students to get strong academic knowledge in the frontier areas of various management theories with practical exposure and also to make the students ready to face real-world challenges. The Department has a rich blend of young and highly experienced regular and visiting faculty members, mostly holding PhD from reputed Universities. The faculty members display a high level of dedication and enthusiasm towards both teaching and state-of-the-art research.

Our faculty members are continuing their respective research projects and publishing their research articles in reputed national and international journals. The department is active in organizing the various workshops and seminars for the growth and development of faculty and students’ research knowledge further. Our department students are also highly encouraged to implement their innovative research ideas with the help of expert faculty members.

At present, the department offers a Two-year post graduate programme, MBA. We have three specializations like:

• 1.Marketing management,
• 2.Human resources management,
• 3. Finance

The students are compiled to go to various industry to know get practical application in real life after 1st year. This is known as summer internship program. After completion of 45 days in various industry their bound to give presentation before team members. This is very important for management students. During these days they also learn other aspect of entrepreneur behaviour.

• 1. Course – The course is designed by BijuPatnaik University of Technology, Odisha. The course duration is 2 Years (Full Time) . The Course is having 4 semesters in two years.
• 2. Admission Procedures – Master of Business Management is designed in such a way that every graduate can peruse the course. This course is determined as the boosting of managerial skills. So as per the procedures to take admission in MBA course every student has to appear OJEE/ CAT/ MAT/AIMA examinations. According to the rank on above examination the candidate can choose the college to take admission. This examination is conducted at different cities in Odisha.
• 3. Fee Structure The fee structure of Aryan School of Business Management has been fixed to give good opportunities to the poor students to get a Degree.
• 4. Scholarships and Loans – Scholarships are offered to the students belongs to SC/ST. Easy bank loan from nationalized bank also available to the students who have achieved first class throughout his/her career.

The Management is also providing scholarship to extra meritorious students to encourage them towards the course

• 6. Admission Announcements – Every year the admission announcement will be starts from the beginning of the year i.e from January and February.
